• From the Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
  • Navigate to “Settings,” next, “Passwords & accounts.”
  • Next, tap, “Add account.”
  • Choose “Personal (IMAP).” 
  • Enter your PenTeleData, Email address then tap “NEXT.”
  • Enter your corresponding Password for your PenTeleData email account.  Next, tap “Sign in.”
  • In the “Account options” windows, select your desired options, tap “Next.”
  • In the “Incoming server settings.” Enter your username, everything before the “@ptd.net.” Re-enter the corresponding password. In the “Server” field, enter “promail.ptd.net.” Tap “NEXT.” 
    • NOTE: If prompted for “Port” enter “143.”
  • In the “Outgoing server settings,” please adjust the slider to enable “Require sign-in.” 
  • In the “Username” field,” re-enter your username, everything before the “@ptd.net.” Re-enter the corresponding password. In the “Server” field, enter “promail.ptd.net.” Tap “NEXT.” 
    • NOTE: If prompted for “Port” enter “587.”
  • On the “Account options” window, please choose whichever options you would like to enable. When done, tap “NEXT.”
  • In the “Your account is set up….” dialogue, enter an “PTD,” under the “Account name.” In the “Your name” field, enter your name as you would like it to appear when you send an email. When done, tap “NEXT.”
  • If the information fails, please review the configuration settings you have entered or contact Customer Service at 800-281-3564.
  • You are now finished and can return to your "Home" screen.
