PenTeleData operates a private RBL (realtime black listing) on our mail servers. The only way your host gets listed is by it sending email to a spamtrap email address, which automatically lists your host. The removal process is very simple by following the process below.
If you are not the postmaster or responsible person of the mail server please contact them with the bounce message so that they can resolve the abuse problem on their mail server before requesting a removal from PTD's RBL.
If you have been directed to this page by an email bounce back stating your mail host has been blocked by PTD RBL listing, you can email postmaster[at]ptd.net with a copy of the bounce message. Please include your name, phone number so that we may contact you in regards to the listing.
